Instead, we use a High-Tech Facility that enforces a rigorous internal 3-step quality assurance and testing protocol led by an in-house Certified Olive Oil Sommelier.
As we scale our business model we are including single orgin sourced producers of Halkidiki, Koroneiki, Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo cultivars. Utilizing these particular cultivars allows us to keep up with demand without sacrificing flavor profiles. Nona's EVOO has a very different and distinct taste that makes our EVOO special.
